What I collect

When you use a form on this site: your name, business name, email, phone number, website address and anything you write in the message. I also keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for one purpose — stopping spam — and never the address itself.

What I do with it

Only what you asked for: send your report card, build your preview, and talk to you about your website. I don't sell or share your information, and this site has no advertising trackers.

Business information I look at

To find businesses whose websites I can help with, I look at public information: business directories, public listings and the businesses' own websites. If I've emailed you and you'd rather I didn't, reply "no" and you'll never hear from me again.

Services I use

Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Google Workspace/Gmail (email) and Stripe (payments, for clients). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Removing your information

Email [email protected] and I'll delete what I have about you.
